Best bbq I have ever had! The meat is so tender and juicy, it just melts in your mouth. I got the loaded cheese fries which each bite is just and explosion of amazing flavor. I don't live in Texas but will go out of my way to find ways to come back for this food. On top of that, the owner is kind and awesome. Love to support when I can. Highly recommend!!

From the brisket to pulled pork and oh, don't forget the ribs ( my favorite ) all excellent. Whatever you choose it will be flavorful and abundant. If I could give 10 stars I would. Nachos!!!! Not enough words to describe how scrumptious his food is. Aaron Clarke is the real deal. Shrimp tacos??? Oh yeah...

Do not pass up the chance to eat Longhorn BBQ! You will not regret it. The brisket is tender and moist and just the perfect amount of smokiness. The sausages are juicy and absolutely delicious! Potato salad and banana pudding is to die for. There's nothing I wouldn't order off the menu because it's all just so good! The meat completely stands on its own, but the barbecue sauce is the best I've ever had, it's the perfect touch. These folks know what they're doing!!

Food is great but service is even better! The owner went out of his way after a mistake I made and made sure I got my order! Everyone should stop here passing through 380!

Outstanding brisket that absolutely melts in your mouth. It has a great, sweet aftertaste that will keep me coming back for more. The owner is passionate about his food and a great conversationalist with a neat story. This is my new go-to BBQ for all events - I highly encourage you to make the drive as it is well worth it!

Today was my first time trying Longhorn Barbecue. The owner was super nice! They were out of the baked potato but I went an hour before closing so I want surprised. Instead I opted for the tacos and brisket plate. The brisket tacos were good! A little spicy for me but I'm a wimp when it comes to spice. The brisket was flavorful and some of the much better brisket I've had in dfw. The potato salad was definitely my favorite side. I'll make sure to go back earlier next time for the baked potato

Special thanks to Aaron at Longhorn Barbeque for a wonderful Father’s Day spread! I couldn’t wait for his trailer location to open, so I took a chance and ordered some catered BBQ without even tasting it first! I’m happy to say that the BBQ was on point! The brisket was lean and flavorful with a great smoke ring, Ribs were fall off the bone tender and delicious. Pulled pork was to die for and the whole chickens were enormous and smoked to perfection! I know Aaron will be successful at his new Longhorn Barbeque location! Thanks for the help to make my Father’s Day Memorable!
